After completing the Credential Application, please select one of the options below.
Option 1. You may either choose to Partner with MII for a minimum of $25.00 per month ($35.00 per month if receiving married couple credentials) If you would like to donate more per month, please contact our MII Office.
Option 2. You may choose to become a monthly tithing member (10% of your income) and receive MPC tithing member benefits. If you are choosing this option, please call the MII Office and let us know how much you would like to have charged to your credit/debit card monthly.
