Bishop Marvin Jones
State Ministry Director - AZI was raised by a Holy Spirit filled mother in the Pentecostal Church of God and in the Assemblies of God. At the age of 22 I began preaching the gospel surrendering to the call of God on my life as a young man after receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit I began to preach the gospel. Starting in the ministry as an Evangelist, in time, I Pastored my first church in 1989 in Santan, Arizona. From there God moved me to Arkansas pastoring six churches over the next several years, four of which I pioneered along with evangelism, I also worked with many other pastors serving in any capacity to be a blessing, and then for a season of ministering by radio and television. In the year of 2018, God sent us to the state of Oregon and it was there that the Holy Spirit directed us to the River Praise Fellowship where Bishop Tim Richards is the Senior Pastor. Bishop Tim approached us about joining MII. My wife Terri and I are ordained ministers with MII and at present we are full-time evangelist serving as an instructor in a MII College class in Coolidge AZ. We are excited to be a part of MII and we are looking forward to what God has in store for the future. I am a Revivalist and I am expecting a mighty move of the Holy Spirit in the day and time in which we live. It is a part of my call to inspire and encourage and challenge the church to seek God for a revival in this nation like we have never known. God Bless you.
