MII Regional Bishop - AfricaBishop Dr. Wandera is the MII Bishop over East Africa. He truly has a Pastor’s heart and it is revealed in the great love and care that he gives to the people of Uganda. Dr. Paul has been faithful to train up ministers through the Ministry International Institute, open churches and establish orphanages and schools for needy children. MII is blessed to be a part of his life and ministry.
